Live Meeting 2007: Presenter's companion

Live Meeting window with Voice and Video pane open

Set up voice and video options in Live Meeting.

In traditional classroom training, the speaker can interact with the audience verbally and visually. The audio and visual features of a Live Meeting enable you to collaborate and engage with other attendees in real time without being in the same place. You can use Live Meeting to communicate with other meeting participants either through your computer or through a telephone conference call. You can also connect a webcam to your computer so that other attendees can see you as part of the Live Meeting experience.

To make the voice and video capability of Live Meeting available to the attendees, you need to set up voice and video options before the meeting starts. This lesson explains how to set up voice and video options at the time of scheduling a Live Meeting.
