So that's how! Great Outlook features to organize your contacts

Actions menu with commands: New Meeting Request to Contact, and New Appointment with Contact

Callout 1 The New Meeting Request to Contact command. The whole group of contacts will be invited to the meeting.
Callout 2 The New Appointment with Contact command. A link is created between each of the grouped contacts and the appointment.

Organized contacts make scheduling a group meeting or setting up a group appointment just as easy as sending a group message. Here's how you would do it: With the contacts at Alpine Ski House selected, you would click one of these commands on the Actions menu:

  • New Meeting Request to Contact
  • New Appointment with Contact

You can use these commands for organized contacts—regardless of how you choose to organize them. Each command includes all the contacts at once. That's the great thing about getting organized: It lets you save time over and over again.
