Business Contact Manager: Track customer data in Outlook

Steps to open Associate Database Wizard

Callout 1 On the File menu, click Data File Management.
Callout 2 In the Outlook Data Files dialog box, select the Business Contact Manager database.
Callout 3 Click Settings.
Callout 4 You would create a new database or change the existing association from the Associate Database Wizard.

The database that's created when you use Business Contact Manager is automatically associated with the Business Contact Manager folder that you see in the Folder List.

You can associate a different database with Business Contact Manager or create a new database. You might do this, for example, if you are sharing your computer with someone and you want to keep your data separate. The picture on the left shows you how to change the association or create a new database.

Important     To make the change take effect, you need to quit and restart Outlook.
