Schedule a Live Meeting on Office Communications Server.
You use Outlook to schedule a Live Meeting on Office Communications Server 2007 by following these steps:
- In Outlook, click Schedule a Live Meeting to open a new meeting invitation. If you have a choice, select Office Communications Server
- In the invitation, type the e-mail address of the attendees, the subject and time of the meeting, and any message that you want to appear in your invitation.
- Select other options if you wish, then click Send.
In the Conferencing group are commands to select options for the Live Meeting. You can add presenters, select computer or telephone audio, and set access to control who can join. Anonymous allows wide access; Open Authenticated limits access to people at your company; Closed Authenticated limits access to co-workers you specify.
