Schedule a Live Meeting on Live Meeting Service.
You can use Outlook to schedule a Live Meeting on Live Meeting Service by following these steps:
- Click Schedule a Live Meeting to open a new meeting invitation. If you have a choice, select Live Meeting Service.
- In the invitation, type the e-mail addresses of the attendees, the subject and time of the meeting, and any message that you want to appear in your invitation.
- Select other options if you wish, then click Send.
The computer administrator sets some meeting options on Live Meeting Service. Others are open for you to choose. Start by clicking Options. You can select computer or telephone audio, set access to control who can join, and provide instant messaging, sharing, even recording.
