There are occasions when you no longer need to tag a note — for example, when you've completed a task and no longer need a reminder.
Removing a note tag is simple. First you click (or tap) the tagged note; then you use one of the following ways — choose whichever works best for you:
- Right–click the tagged note, then click Remove Tag.
- On the Insert menu, point to Tag and then click (or tap) Remove Tag.
- On the Standard toolbar, click the arrow next to the Tag button and then click (or tap) Remove Tag.
- Press CTRL+0.
