The Format tab in Picture Tools includes many frame styles for pictures. To see more about picture styles and effects, click Play video, above. (In case you've muted sound on your computer, note: the video has narration.)
Also The Picture Tools include options for adjusting brightness and contrast, and for recoloring photos.
