In this practice session, you will learn how to use the Whiteboard and the Whiteboard annotation tools to brainstorm ideas, and also how to capture a Screen Snapshot of your desktop.
First, however, you will start and join a Live Meeting. The steps for that process are given in the first exercise.
You must have Live Meeting 2007 installed on your computer to perform the practice steps.
When you click the Practice in Outlook button, Outlook will open, and a separate window with practice instructions will also appear.
Important Before you click the Practice in Outlook button, close any copies of Outlook that you may currently have open.
