Business Contact Manager: Track customer data in Outlook

Accounts and Business Contacts commands on the Business Tools menu; Contacts area of Navigation Pane

To see Accounts or Business Contacts in the Contacts area of Outlook, follow these steps:
Callout 1 Click Accounts or Business Contacts on the Business Tools menu.
Callout 2 In the Contacts area of the Navigation Pane (under My Contacts) click Accounts in Business Contact Manager or Business Contacts in Business Contact Manager.

In addition to being able to see your business data from the Folder List, you could also access it by using the commands on the Business Tools menu or by clicking Contacts on the Go menu. When you use these commands, you'll see Business Contacts and Accounts in the Contacts area of Outlook (rather than in the Folder List).

Notice in the picture that in this case, the Accounts and Business Contacts folders under My Contacts both end with "in Business Contact Manager." That's because they are subfolders of the Business Contact Manager folder (the one in the Folder List). That is, they're in a location that's separate from your Outlook contacts.
