To recolor a drawing, click it, click either
Object (if the drawing is embedded or linked) or
Picture (if you pasted the drawing as a picture) on the
Format menu, and then click
Recolor.
When you embed, link, or paste a drawing into a publication, the drawing automatically keeps the colors that you applied in Visio. You may want to change the original colors, however, so that the drawing's colors match the publication's color scheme.
The flowchart in the picture on the left was recolored to make it the same dark blue color as the text in the publication. A dark orange background was also added, the same color as the design element at the top of the brochure.
