When you receive an audio call from a contact, the Conversation window opens. You can use various call controls to manage your call from the Conversation window. For example, when a contact calls you on Communicator 2007, you can put the call on hold or transfer the call to another person. Call controls also help you identify the caller. For example, if you receive an e-mail message from one of your contacts and call the contact directly from the message, the Conversation window that opens contains the name of the contact and the subject of the message.
