Types of motion paths: text on a circular motion path; a star shape on a figure-eight path; text on a vertical line; and a star shape tracing a circular path.
A motion path moves items around on a slide in lines, curves, diagonals, squiggles, shapes such as stars and figure eights, or any unique design you're inspired to draw. Unlike with an entrance or exit effect, you can use a path simply to move something on the slide from one position to another. Stretch, shrink, rotate, and reposition the path to your heart's content.
