The Terms of Use and this license agreement apply to templates that you
download from this site. Please read them. If you do not agree to these terms,
do not download a template. You must have a validly licensed copy of Microsoft
Office to use these templates. The templates include content in or provided with

projects that you create. You may distribute those documents and projects
non-commercially. If you wish to use the templates for any other purpose, go to
www.microsoft.com/permission to learn whether that use is allowed.
No Warranty. Microsoft provides this site for members of the Microsoft
Office community to share document templates. These members are not Microsoft
employees or representatives. Because of this, we do not promise that the
templates will work for your purposes. We also do not promise that they are free
from viruses, bugs, or other defects.
The templates are "as is" and without warranty of any kind. You bear the
risk of using them. Microsoft and its suppliers give no express warranties,
guarantees and conditions with regard to the templates. To the extent permitted
under your local laws, Microsoft excludes the implied warranties and conditions

and non-infringement.
No Remedies and Damages. You agree that you cannot recover direct or other
damages, including consequential, lost profits, special, indirect or incidental
damages from Microsoft. This limitation applies to:
- Anything related to the templates and this site.
- Claims for breach of contract, breach of warranty, guarantee or
condition, strict liability, negligence, or other tort to the extent
permitted by applicable law.
It also applies even if Microsoft knew or should have known about the
possibility of the damages. The above limitation or exclusion may not apply to
you because your state or country may not allow the exclusion or limitation of
incidental, consequential or other damages.
If you believe the templates infringe your or others' rights, see
