Customer and multiple product details can be selected from within the invoice to quickly populate and create sales invoices. Customers and products are stored in separate worksheets to enable existing data to be imported and details easily updated. Global information is stored in a separate worksheet to define company details, shipping costs, tax rate, terms and invoice notes which can then be selected for use in new invoices. The invoice automatically calculates totals and sales tax, and provides options for product quantities, discounts and custom pricing.Provided by
