The person using this log will just enter the number of cigarettes smoked per day & how much they spend on cigarettes when they make a purchase. The log will motivate them & encourage them based if they try to lessen their daily average consumption & look at the supposed daily life lost based upon the myth/part fact known about 7 minutes lost per cigarette.
