You can rate a template by giving it from one to five stars and you can offer comments. To rate a template from an Office program, template help needs to be turned on, if it isn't already. The opportunity to rate a template appears in a couple of places.

• On the template's preview page   This is the page you download the template from. In addition to the rating stars, the preview page displays a large graphic of what the template looks like and has a Download Now button.

  To rate a template from its preview page

  1. In the Feedback box toward the right side of the page, move your cursor over the stars, and then click the rating you want to give, from one to five stars.
  2. Click Comment on this template and tell us what you think of the template.

• In template help   The template help window appears with the Office program window every time you download a template from Microsoft Office Online, provided that you gave permission for it to appear the first time you downloaded a template. Learn how to turn on template help.

  To rate a template from the template help window

  1. In the Feedback section of the template help window, move your cursor over the stars, and then click the rating you want to give, from one to five stars.
  2. If you are using Microsoft Office 2003, click Provide additional feedback to comment on the template. If you are using the 2007 Microsoft Office system, click Comment on this template to tell us what you think of the template.
