To save a database as a template with a preview image

  2. Open the Access 2007 database that you want to submit.
  3. Click the Microsoft Office ButtonButton image.

Tip   This button is in the upper-left corner of the Access 2007 window.

  4. At the bottom of the menu, point to Developer, and then click Save As Template.
  5. Type a file name in the Save As File Name box.
  6.  Tip   To save the template to a specific location, click the folder icon to the right of the Save As File Name box.

  7. To add a 540 x 540 pixel preview image, click the folder icon to the right of the Preview box.
