Napa is amazing App. Development environment was always a challenge for SP developers. Now with Napa that challenge seems to be shrinking.

An outstanding set of tools for creating SharePoint-Hosted Apps. There is no need to set up a development environment for SharePoint-Hosted Apps. Just get yourself a developer site in O365, install Napa, and roll. And best of all, you can open the Napa app in a local copy of Visual Studio and utilize remote development! Fantastic!
