Download pictures from a picture library
Applies to:
Microsoft Windows SharePoint Services 2.0
Show All
Hide All
On the top link bar, click
Documents and Lists
, and then click the name of the picture library that you want to open.
To select pictures to download, select the check box next to each picture.
On the toolbar, click
Download
.
Do one of the following:
Download with default settings
Under
Select a Size
, select a size option.
Select advanced settings
To select a new file format, under
File Format
, click the arrow, and then select the format you want.
To change the size of the picture, do one of the following:
Select a predefined size.
Select custom width and height.
Select percentage of original.
Click
Download
.
To select a location to download your pictures to, in the
Download Pictures
dialog box, click
Browse
, and then select a location.
To rename pictures as a group, incrementing automatically, click the
Rename the selected pictures in the new location
box.
To open the new location in Microsoft Office Picture Manager, click the
Open new location in Office Picture Manager
box.
