You can view and manage folders and files in a Web folder or network place in two different ways:
- In Microsoft Windows Explorer When you view the contents of a Web folder, you see a list of folders and files and their associated URLs. You can move, copy, rename, and delete these folders and files just as if they were on a regular file server. You can view the folder and file properties. You can also drag files between Web servers, between a Web server and a file server, and between a Web server and your hard disk.
- In Microsoft Office 2003 From the Open dialog box (File menu, Open command), you can view and open the contents of Web folders. From the Save As dialog box (File menu, Save As command), you can save a copy of a file to a Web folder. You can also create a Web folder by clicking Web Folders on the Places bar, and then clicking Create New Folder.
