Create the Application Pool

Specify the Identity for the Application Pool

Add the Identity for the Application Pool to Group Accounts

Grant Database Permissions to the Account

Remove Database Permissions from the Old Account

Grant Search Access to the Account

Move the Virtual Server to the New Application Pool
