Change the default font used in Design and Code views

You can change the default fonts that you see when you work in Design and Code views in Microsoft Office SharePoint Designer 2007. These settings do not affect the appearance of text in the browser. These settings affect only how Office SharePoint Designer 2007 displays text when you work in a Office SharePoint Designer 2007 window.

  1. On the Tools menu, click Page Editor Options.
  2. Click the Default Fonts tab.
  3. Do any of the following:
    • Under Design View, select the default fonts that you want to see when you work in Design view.
    • Under Code View, select the font and font size that you want to see when you work in Code view.

Note   You can change the default fonts for each character set (character set: A grouping of alphabetic, numeric, and other characters that have some relationship in common. For example, the standard ASCII character set includes letters, numbers, symbols, and control codes that make up the ASCII coding scheme.). On the Default Fonts tab, in the Language (character set) list, select a language or character set, and then repeat step 3 of the preceding procedure.
