Label a form control with explanatory text for your Web site visitor.
- On the Objects
toolbar (toolbar: A bar with buttons and options that you use to carry out commands. To display a toolbar, click Customize on the Tools menu, and then click the Toolbars tab.), click Text Box
.
- Position the mouse pointer where you want a corner of the text box to appear, click, and then drag the mouse diagonally.
- Type the label for the control.
Note You do not need to create labels for option buttons and check boxes. Microsoft Publisher creates placeholder labels automatically and you type the text you want.
