Print multiple business cards or labels on one page

Use Microsoft Publisher to create business cards or labels, then print multiple copies on a single page of paper or perforated stock. The easiest way to produce a business card or label is by using a wizard. Or or different-sized business cards or labels that Publisher does not create automatically, create them from scratch.

To create a business card or label by using a wizard

  1. On the File menu, click New.
  2. Click the Publications by Wizard tab.
  3. In the Wizards pane, click either Business Cards or Labels.
  4. In the right pane, click the design you want.
  5. Click Start Wizard.
  6. To make changes to the publication's color scheme, layout, or personal information now, click Next and step through the wizard questions to make the desired changes.
  7. When you finish making changes, click Finish.
  8. In your publication, replace the placeholder text and pictures with your own or with other objects.
  9. Save your publication.

To create a business card or label from scratch

  1. On the File menu, click New.
  2. Click the Blank Publications tab.
  3. In the Blank Publications pane, click Business Card.
  4. Click Create.
  5. On the File menu, click Page Setup.
  6. Under Choose a publication layout, select Special Size.
  7. Under Choose a publication size, enter a Height and Width.
  8. Under Choose an orientation, select either Portrait or Landscape.

To print multiple copies on a single page

  1. On the File menu, click Print.
  2. Click Page Options.
  3. Under Options, click Multiple copies per sheet.
  4. Click OK twice.

To print multiple copies on perforated business card or label stock

  1. On the File menu, click Print.
  2. Click Page Options.
  3. Under Options, click Multiple copies per sheet.
  4. If you're printing to pre-perforated card or label stock, click Custom Options.
  5. Enter values for Side Margin, Top Margin, Horizontal Gap, and Vertical Gap.
  6. Click OK three times.
