Three steps for creating a caption

To add a caption:
Callout 1 Click the Text Box tool on the Objects toolbar.
Callout 2 Draw a text box to contain the caption.
Callout 3 Type the caption, and choose a style and alignment for the caption text.

Often, a caption makes a drawing more meaningful by describing the drawing and putting it in context. After you insert or paste a drawing into a publication, you can quickly add a caption.

You'll get a chance to add, style, and align a caption during the practice session.
