Microsoft Office Project Server 2007 helps you gain visibility and insights into your investments, automate project management processes, create effective communication and collaboration across the organization, and manage work from ad-hoc projects to complex programs across the entire project lifecycle.

Users access Office Project Server 2007 through its clients — on the desktop, Microsoft Office Project Professional 2007 and on the Web, Microsoft Microsoft Office Project Web Access (which requires Client Access Licenses (CALs) to Project Server 2007) or, through integration with other Microsoft Office system or line-of-business applications. Office Project Server 2007 also requires Microsoft SQL Server and Microsoft Windows Server.
