From Microsoft Office Project 2003, you can access the Microsoft Office Project Web Access 2003 Resources page to view or change enterprise resource details, such as skills or costs, that are available on Microsoft Office Project Server 2003.
Note To view information in the Resources page, you must be connected to Project Server, and your project must be an enterprise project.
- To work with enterprise resources, on the Collaborate menu, click Resource Center.
- On the Resources page, in the Choose a view box, select the view that shows the resource information you want.

To change the information that is displayed in the sheet (sheet: A spreadsheet-like representation [in rows and columns] of task or resource information. Each row specifies an individual task or resource. Each column [field] specifies a type of information, such as start dates or standard rates.), click View Options, and then select the appropriate options.
- To view a subset of the listed resources or organize them into groups, click Filter, Group, Search, and then select the options you want.

To change a resource attribute, select the resource in the table, and then click Edit Resource Details.

Enter information about the resource, and then click Save and Close.
Notes
- To see the time resources have available and their usage within a project or across projects, you can click View Availability.
