From Microsoft Office Project 2003, you can access the Microsoft Office Project Web Access 2003 Projects page to view projects that have been published to Project Server.
Note To view information in the Projects page, you must be connected to Project Server, and your project must be an enterprise project.
- To work with projects, on the Collaborate menu, click Project Center.
- On the Projects page, in the Choose a view box, click the view that contains the information you want.
The chart portion of the Gantt Chart displays each project as a summary Gantt bar. Different fields are displayed in the sheet (sheet: A spreadsheet-like representation [in rows and columns] of task or resource information. Each row specifies an individual task or resource. Each column [field] specifies a type of information, such as start dates or standard rates.) portion of the view, depending on the view you choose.
-
To view a subset of the listed projects or to organize them into groups, click Filter, Group, Search, and then select the appropriate options.
Notes
- The Projects page displays indicators about project-related information. For example, document or issue indicators are displayed when documents or issues are linked to a project.
- Depending on permission settings, you can edit a project. Select the project you want to edit, and then click Edit. If you select multiple projects, the projects open in Project in a consolidated project.
- You can also work with projects by starting Project Web Access outside of Project. For more information about working with projects, see Project Web Access Help.
