If you keep a list of tasks in Outlook, you can easily import all or some of its tasks into Microsoft Office Project 2003.
- On the Tools menu, click Import Outlook Tasks.
- In the Import Outlook Tasks dialog box, select the tasks you want to import.
- To select an individual task, click the task's check box.
- To select all tasks in a specific folder, click the folder's check box.
- To select all tasks, click Select All.
- To deselect all tasks, click Clear All.
- Click OK to import the tasks into the current project.
Note Tasks are appended to any existing tasks in the current project. If the project does not contain tasks, a new task list is created.
- In Project, schedule the tasks as needed.
