Every organization and every culture has holidays, but letting Project 2007 know this can be a little tricky. Project managers schedule holidays for the organization by modifying the project standard calendar.
The working days and hours in the project calendar reflect the working days and hours for your entire project. You can specify special days off, such as company holidays. You can also indicate other nonworking times to reflect periods when the entire team will be working on nonproject activities, such as company meetings or department retreats.
