Applies to
Microsoft Project 2002

If you have Microsoft Visio® 2000 or later installed, you can use the Visio WBS Chart COM add-in for Microsoft Project 2002 to create a work breakdown structure (WBS) chart in Microsoft Visio from Microsoft Project data.

Download and install the Visio WBS Chart COM add-in from Downloads on Microsoft Office Online.

After installing the Visio WBS Chart COM add-in, its toolbar is displayed in Microsoft Project. This toolbar is also accessible from the View menu.

Using the Visio WBS Chart Wizard, you can export selected tasks, all tasks, or all tasks in a specific outline level. To create a Visio WBS Chart for a specific task selection, you must first apply a custom view and select the tasks you want to export to Visio.

  2. Click OK.
