Data Type Yes/No (Yes/No field: A type of field with content set to either Yes or No; also known as a Boolean field or a True/False field. For example, the Recurring field indicates whether the task is a recurring task.)
Entry Type Calculated (calculated field: A field in which the value is determined by Project based on information in other fields. Project may recalculate the value automatically or when you specify, depending on your choice of calculation settings.)
Description When multiple enterprise projects are open, resource views display all resources from all open projects of the same version (for example, all published versions of open projects). The Enterprise Team Member field indicates whether the resource is a team member in the active project.
How Calculated If a resource is a team member in the active project, this field contains Yes. If not, the Enterprise Team Member field contains No.
Best Uses Add the Enterprise Team Member field to a resource view if you want to view, filter, or group on resources that originate in the enterprise resource pool or those that have been added locally.
Example You are the project manager for three current projects. You always have all three project plans open at the same time. This is helpful when you want to work with information on resources shared among the three projects. When you want to see only those resources that are team members of each active project, you filter by the Enterprise Team Member field set to Yes.
