Although you can watch all Office 2010 videos online, we are also enabling you to download these videos to your computer. Many are available today for download, and more are being enabled every day. There are two ways you can download a video:
- Click a Download link in the list below. A View Downloads dialog box opens in your browser. You can choose to open the video file (.wmv), save it to your computer, save it with a new name (Save As), or Save and open it.
- Go to an Office 2010 video article and download the video directly from the player. Follow these steps:
- Click a “Go to video article” link in the list below.
- When the video article opens in your browser, you’ll see the video screen with an Options button in the lower-left corner
.
- Click the button.
- If the video is enabled for download, you’ll see a link labeled Download this video. (If that link isn’t listed, the video is not yet enabled for download.) Click the link. You’ll see a View Downloads dialog box.
- You can choose to open the video file, save it to your computer, save it with a new name, or save and open it.
Note: A closed captions file is included with each video.
