You can delete a project that is saved on your local computer, or you can delete a project that is saved on Microsoft Office Project Server 2007.
Delete a local project
- Click Open
.
- In the Look in list, select the drive or folder that contains the project that you want to delete.
- In the folder list, locate and open the folder that contains the project that you want to delete.
- Right-click the project that you want to delete, and then click Delete on the shortcut menu.
Note You cannot delete a project that is currently open.
- Click Cancel to close the dialog box.
Delete a project saved on the server
- Click Open
.
- In the Look in list, select Enterprise Projects.
- Double-click Retrieve the list of all projects from Project Server.
- Right-click the project that you want to delete, and then click Delete on the shortcut menu.
Note You cannot delete a project that is currently open.
- Click Yes on the warning message that appears.
- Click Cancel to close the dialog box.
