Set up a presentation to run on a second monitor
 

To use this procedure, you must be using Microsoft Windows 2000 with Service Pack 3 (or later) or Microsoft Windows XP and have the proper hardware installed according to the manufacturer's instructions.

Use this procedure to run a slide show on the full screen of a secondary monitor while you view the presentation in normal view (view: A way of displaying the contents of a presentation and providing the user with the means to interact with it.) on the primary monitor.

  1. On the Slide Show menu, click Set Up Show.
  2. Under Multiple monitors, in the Display slide show on: list, click the monitor you want the slide show to appear on.
