You can only apply highlighting to object hyperlinks such as pictures and shapes. You can apply sounds to text and object hyperlinks.

Select the text or object hyperlink.

On the Slide Show menu, click Action Settings.

Do one of the following:

To apply the action settings when the object is clicked, click the Mouse Click tab.

To apply the action settings when the object is pointed to, click the Mouse Over tab.

Do one or both of the following:
- To play a sound, select the Play sound check box and then specify the sound you want.
- To highlight an object, select Highlight when mouse over or Highlight click.
