Save a presentation in Rich Text Format
 

When you save a presentation as a Rich Text Format (.rtf) file you lose the graphical content of your Microsoft PowerPoint presentation.

  1. In PowerPoint, on the File menu, click Save As.

  2. In the Save as type list, click Outline/RTF.
