Changes you might want to make on the notes page (notes pages: Printed pages that display author notes beneath the slide that the notes accompany.) include resizing and repositioning the slide and notes areas and adding a piece of art.
Change a single notes page
- On the View menu, click Notes Page.
- Make your changes.
- To return to normal view, in the lower left of the Microsoft PowerPoint window, click Normal View
.
Make global changes to your notes pages
- On the View menu, point to Master, and then click Notes Master.
- Make your changes.
- On the Notes Master
toolbar (toolbar: A bar with buttons and options that you use to carry out commands. To display a toolbar, click Customize on the Tools menu, and then click the Toolbars tab.), click Close Master View.
Tip
To see how your notes will look when they print, on the Standard toolbar, click Print Preview
. Click the arrow in the Print What list, and then click Notes Pages.
