Apply a color scheme to notes or handouts
Applies to:

On the
Formatting
toolbar, click
Design
, and in the
task pane
(task pane: A window within an Office application that provides commonly used commands. Its location and small size allow you to use these commands while still working on your files.)
, click
Color Schemes

Do any of the following:
Apply a color scheme to notes pages
If you want to apply a color scheme to one
notes page
(notes pages: Printed pages that display author notes beneath the slide that the notes accompany.)
only, select the slide you want on the
Slides
tab.
On the
View
menu, click
Notes Page
.
In the task pane, under
Apply a color scheme
, point to the color scheme you want, click the arrow, and then do one of the following:
To apply the color scheme to this notes page, click
Apply to Notes Page
.
To apply the color scheme to all notes pages, click
Apply to All Notes Pages
(this changes the color scheme on the notes
master
(master: A slide view or page on which you define formatting for all slides or pages in your presentation. Each presentation has a master for each key component: slides, title slides, speaker's notes, and audience handouts.)

Apply a color scheme to handouts
On the
View
menu, point to
Master
, and then click
Handout Master
.
Point to the color scheme you want, click the arrow, and then click
Apply to Handout Master
.
