Apply a color scheme to notes or handouts
 
  1. On the Formatting toolbar, click Design Button image, and in the task pane (task pane: A window within an Office application that provides commonly used commands. Its location and small size allow you to use these commands while still working on your files.), click Color Schemes.
  2. Do any of the following:

    ShowApply a color scheme to notes pages

    1. If you want to apply a color scheme to one notes page (notes pages: Printed pages that display author notes beneath the slide that the notes accompany.) only, select the slide you want on the Slides tab.
    2. On the View menu, click Notes Page.
    3. In the task pane, under Apply a color scheme, point to the color scheme you want, click the arrow, and then do one of the following:
      • To apply the color scheme to this notes page, click Apply to Notes Page.

    ShowApply a color scheme to handouts

    1. On the View menu, point to Master, and then click Handout Master.
    2. Point to the color scheme you want, click the arrow, and then click Apply to Handout Master.
