Print an outline
 
  1. Create or open the presentation you want to print.
  2. In normal view (view: A way of displaying the contents of a presentation and providing the user with the means to interact with it.), click the Outline tab in the left pane, and then on the Standard toolbar, click Expand All Button image to show just the slide titles or all levels of text. (If Expand All isn't on the toolbar, click the arrow at the end of the toolbar, point to Add or Remove Buttons, point to Standard, and then click Expand All.
  3. Do one of the following:

    ShowSend to Microsoft Word

    1. On the File menu, point to Send To, and then click Microsoft Word.
    2. Under Page layout in Microsoft Word, click Outline only.
    3. Click OK.
    4. On the File menu, click Print.

    ShowPrint from Microsoft PowerPoint

    1. On the File menu, click Print Preview.
    2. In the Print What box, click Outline View.
    3. On the Print Preview toolbar, click Print Button image.
