Show or hide the Outline and Slides tabs
 

In normal view, you can hide the pane containing the Outline and Slides tabs so that you see just the slide pane.

Do one of the following:

ShowHide the tabs

  • Click the Close box in the upper-right corner of the tabs, or drag the splitter bar (on the right side of the tabs) all the way to the left.

ShowShow the tabs

  • Click Normal View (Restore Panes) Button image in the lower left corner of the Microsoft PowerPoint window, or point to the left border of the window and drag the splitter bar back to the right.

Note   If you want to display only slide thumbnails, click Slide Sorter View Button image in the lower left corner of the Microsoft PowerPoint window.
