You can choose preferences to control how programs in the 2007 Microsoft Office system automatically correct text as you type.

Access

  1. Click the Microsoft Office ButtonButton image, and then click Access Options.
  2. In the Access Options dialog box, click Proofing, and then click AutoCorrect Options.

 Note   If the AutoCorrect Options button is unavailable, open or create a database, and then try again.

  2. In the Excel Options dialog box, click Proofing, and then click AutoCorrect Options.
