Unload an add-in
Unloading an add-in (add-in: A supplemental program that adds custom commands or custom features to Microsoft Office.)
prevents the add-in from running in Microsoft Office PowerPoint 2007.
- Click the Microsoft Office Button
, click PowerPoint Options, and then click Add-Ins.
- In the Manage list, select
PowerPoint Add-ins, and then click Go.
- In the Available Add-Ins list, select the add-in that you want to unload, click Unload, and then click Close.
Remove an add-in
Removing an add-in (add-in: A supplemental program that adds custom commands or custom features to Microsoft Office.)
prevents the add-in from appearing in Office PowerPoint 2007.
Note Removing an add-in does not delete the add-in file from your computer. To delete the add-in from your computer, manually delete the file from its folder in Windows.
- Click the Microsoft Office Button
, click PowerPoint Options, and then click Add-Ins.
- In the Manage list, select
PowerPoint Add-ins, and then click Go.
- In the Available Add-Ins list, select the add-in that you want to remove, click Remove, and then click Close.
