To change the slide number that appears on the first slide in your presentation, do the following:

1. On the Design tab, in the Page Setup group, click Page Setup.
2. In the Page Setup dialog box, in the Number slides from box, enter the number that you want shown on the first slide in your presentation, and then click OK.
