It's easy to copy and paste clip art directly from the Clip Art and Media site into your Microsoft Office document. This feature will work in Windows 2000 or later versions.

Copy and paste clip art from the Web into a document

Say, for example, that you want to search for clips related to the idea of "teamwork." From your search results on the Clip Art and Media site, you see a photo that you want to use immediately.

To copy and paste clip art from the Web into a document

  1. On the Clip Art and Media search results page, click on the Copy icon for the clip you want to copy.
  2. Go to your Microsoft Office Word document and decide where you want to place the clip art.
  3. Right click in the document and click Paste.
