The Send for Review command is not available in Microsoft Office PowerPoint 2007. In earlier versions of PowerPoint, by using the Send for Review command with Microsoft Office Outlook or another e-mail program, you could request feedback about a draft of your presentation from reviewers, such as your colleagues and partners.
To send your Office PowerPoint 2007 presentation to reviewers, attach your presentation to an e-mail message. Reviewers can comment on your presentation by using the Comments features (located on the Review tab, in the Comments group) in Office PowerPoint 2007, and then attach the marked-up presentation to an e-mail message to you. By using the Comments features in Office PowerPoint 2007, you or your reviewers can do the following:
- Show or hide revisions
- Add new comments
- Edit existing comments
- Delete comments
- Go to a previous comment
- Go to the next comment
To use the Comments features, see Give feedback on a draft presentation.
Tip In Microsoft PowerPoint 2010, multiple authors can simultaneously work on the same presentation stored on a server, in a process known as co-authoring. To learn more, see the article Work on a presentation at the same time as your colleagues. If you want to try the latest version of PowerPoint for free, see Try Office 2010.
Note If you use PowerPoint 2003 or earlier to send your presentation for review, reviewers who use Office PowerPoint 2007 can view and add comments to your presentation, but you cannot merge their comments into your presentation.
