The Allow fast saves option is not available in Microsoft Office PowerPoint 2007. In earlier versions of PowerPoint, you can select the Allow fast saves check box to save only the changes that you made since you last saved your presentation, instead of saving the entire presentation each time, to increase performance.
Instead, as an enhanced security measure, Office PowerPoint 2007 scans your entire presentation each time that you save it .
