You can open a slide library starting from your Web browser or in PowerPoint 2007. Let's start by opening it from the browser.
Using the URL your manager sent you, open the library in your browser. Then look for the slide you want by filtering on a column, such as the Description column, which lists the title of each slide in the library. Click Play to see an animation on how to do this.
Note The columns in the library are customizable and can be named whatever makes sense for you and your team, depending on how you tend to refer to and organize your slides.
Tip Don't forget to add your slide library's URL to your browser Favorites list.
