Symptoms
You are experiencing a problem when you attempt to print from PowerPoint, but you can't find a topic in the PowerPoint Help that addresses the problem that you are having.
Cause
In PowerPoint as in any other program, many aspects of printing are controlled not by the program from which you are printing but by the operating system of the computer that the program is running on.
Resolution
If your computer is running the Microsoft Windows operating system, you can get more information about printing problems at the Windows Help and Support Center. (On the Windows Start menu, click Help and Support.)
