Change the toolbar on a scorecard

When you design a scorecard in PerformancePoint Dashboard Designer, you can decide which options appear on the scorecard toolbar, or change options that were previously specified. These options enable the scorecard user to change the scorecard display.

Important   Before you change the scorecard options, you should update the scorecard to make sure that you have the most recent data.

To change the toolbar on a scorecard, take the following steps:

  1. In the Workspace Browser, click Scorecards.
  2. On the Server or Workspace tab, double-click the scorecard that you want to modify.
  3. On the Editor tab, select any column or cell, and then click the Edit tab. In the Scorecard Editor section, click Toolbar Options.
  4. In the Toolbar Options dialog box, specify whether or not you want the scorecard toolbar to be available in a deployed dashboard.
  5. (Optional) If you select the option to make the toolbar available, make sure that you select or clear the toolbar options that are listed in the dialog box.
